Pamela Ventresca is the Founder and CEO of P2 and Managing Director, COO of PACE Developments, an award-winning builder with three decades of experience. She began her career at Mercedes-Benz Canada where she learned about white-glove client services, but eventually made her way back to the family business where she oversaw operations in the construction of thousands of homes in new development communities. In 2017, she decided to open a preconstruction boutique brokerage to fill the gap in service that she felt was lacking in her industry. She’s also one of the Founding Directors, CEO of NTRY, a technology company that specializes in building 3D interactive environments and sales management platforms designed to advance the real estate industry and help builders, brokerages, agents and investors optimize their business.
